神戸大学 大学院医学系研究科の研究グループによる論文「Hemoglobin Trajectories After Metformin Initiation Compared With Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 Inhibitors: A Real-World Cohort Study」が、国際学術誌「Cureus」に掲載されました。

本研究は、神戸大学医学部附属病院の電子カルテデータを活用し、2型糖尿病患者におけるメトホルミン投与開始後のヘモグロビン値の推移について、DPP-4阻害薬投与患者との比較を通じて検討した後ろ向きコホート研究です。
